Hometree is a new development in the township of Kota Kemuning located along the Klang River. The first phase is the Long Branch Residences, a gated and guarded neighborhood consisting of 101 bungalow units, a 4,000 square feet clubhouse for the sole use of residents and 8 unique 3-storey bungalows designed with built-up areas between 4,942 to 7,063 square feet. The existing ground is marine clay soil. Soil improvement was carried out by surcharge and prefabricated vertical drains. A raft foundation was adopted.
