This 300 unit mid-rise housing development one of OIB’s contributions to the Selangorku affordable housing program initiated by the Housing and Land Agency of Selangor. Spread over two 5-storey blocks, this gated and guarded development encircles a park, making it a family-friendly, safe and comfortable environment.

We provided infrastructure and structural engineering services during the design and construction stage, where challenging soil conditions required close coordination with the team on-site, showcasing our speed and adaptability in foundation design.
