Ir. Chew Weng Yuen
Managing Director
Ir. Chew Weng Yuen has more than 35 years of working experience in the construction industry and have vast experience in the design, planning and coordination, project management, construction of industrial and institutional buildings, major infrastructure works, dams, structural and civil works for the oil and gas industry, and property developments (both residential and commercial).
He also has had experience working in overseas’ projects after being involved in the design of numerous building foundations for projects in Brunei Darussalam, and Myanmar. He is currently project manager for the construction of an Integrated Residential Care Centre (IRCC) at Harmony Hill Park in Semenyih, Selangor Darul Ehsan, the proposed Cheras Columbaria in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. He acts as lead design coordinator for all our projects.
He is a professional engineer with practicing certificate registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia, a chartered professional engineer registered with the National Engineering Register of Australia, a project management professional certified by the Project Management Institute of USA.

Kevin joined Keshmen Consult in 2014 after working several years as a structural engineer in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is currently the Executive Director of the Company. Kevin graduated with a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a registered Professional Engineer in State of California since 2013 and a Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia since 2017. He has successfully worked on wide variety of projects including 15-storey structural steel frame building with composite decks for Silicon Valley tech company NetApp in Bangalore, India, Dormitories for Epsom College, One World Medini – a RM1 billion mixed-use development consisting of several retail podiums, and seven towers ranging from 35 to 43 stories. Kevin has also served IKEA in a variety of roles – leading Civil & Structural design for IKEA Batu Kawan, Penang, and serving as technical advisor and peer reviewer for other IKEA projects. Currently, he is also managing our team of engineers and designers on a large scale design and build project with Kajima Malaysia for the new Ajinomoto factory.
