Project Management

– Prepare, endorse, submit and follow up on C&S authority submissions.

– Lead the civil and structural design and production of calculations and drawings.

– Meet and coordinate design with clients and consultants.

 Business Development

 – Develop marketing materials and business strategies.

 – Lead the development of new business contacts.

 – Meet and present the company’s capabilities to potential clients.

 Technical Direction

 – Guide technical staff in the expansion of the engineering capabilities of the company.

 – Direct the study, development, and standardization of engineering design templates and Excel design spreadsheets.

 – Optimize efficiency through software utilization.

 – Identify and explore new areas of technical development.

 Requirements

 – A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in civil/structural engineering.

 – Preferably a minimum of ten years experience in C&S design.

 – Professional Engineer with Practicing Certificate required.
